The Shanghai Tower when finished in 2014 will boast 121 stories. It will be 632 meters (2,073 feet) high, making it the world's second highest building, out-soared only by the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
The 101-story Shanghai World Financial Centre is one of the world's tallest and visually striking buildings.
The tall structure in the center of the photo on page one is the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. It's 468 meters (1610 feet) high, making it one of the world's highest structures. The observation floors give 360-degree views.
The tall building to the right of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the 88 floor high Jin Mao Tower, which is part hotel, part office building. (It looks much shorter in the photo than it actually is because it sits well behind the TV tower).
