Spa
The Carita Spa of Paris is world famous for its treatments, including facials and massages. It also has onboard sauna and steam rooms, as well as a beauty/hair salon. You can get a free consultation on, for instance, your skin.
It's easiest to get an appointment for the Carita Spa services when the bulk of the
passengers are on cruise shore excursions. It's generally wise to book early for the
mid- and late-afternoon periods.

Jogging and walking
A 250-yard (225 meters) circular track on the top-most cruise deck awaits you. The fresh sea breeze is exhilarating.
Gym
You can work out in a sea-windowed cruise gym equipped (see photo) with treadmills, exercise bikes, stair climbers, weight machines, free weights, and more. Don't know how to use certain equipment? The cruise fitness instructor gladly gives instruction - and a free personalized consultation.
Aerobics and yoga
A separate sea-windowed room is home to aerobics, yoga, and other classes. And the fitness instructor will provide you with any needed instructions.
And more
The paddle tennis court and ping pong table will give you a little exercise, too. For those preferring even less strenuous sports, there is shuffleboard as well as a small net enclosure for practicing your golf swing.
When not using the various fitness venues and equipment, you can sunbathe on the well-spaced poolside lounge chairs on the expansive teak deck. There are sufficient lounge and deck chairs that you probably will never have to hunt for one during your cruise. The nearby Pool Grill serves lunch, snacks and beverages.
